Head of Sales – Freight Brokerage (US & Canada) | Chișinău
Transimex Global Corp is a well-established freight brokerage company with over 30 years of experience. We provide reliable logistics solutions and build long-term partnerships with our clients.
We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales who can lead a team of Logistics Sales Managers and drive consistent sales growth.
Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and develop a team of Logistics Sales Managers
Drive B2B sales and new customer acquisition (US & Canada markets)
Participate in outbound sales activities (cold calling, email outreach)
Set sales targets, track KPIs, and ensure performance goals are met
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
Work closely with operations to ensure high-quality service delivery
Analyze team performance and organize coaching and training sessions
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales leadership (team management is required)
Solid B2B sales experience; logistics experience is an advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Structured, responsible, and results-oriented leadership style
Availability to work Monday–Friday, 15:00–00:00 (Moldova time)
