We are an administrative center located in Chisinau (not a Call Center), working for large international clients, active in all different kind of business lines like Petrochemicals, Industrial products (like spare parts), Consumer goods (sportswear, fashion, healthcare …), Commodities (coffee, cacao …), Specialty Chemicals, etc.
As a part of a team, you will be responsible for providing correct and important logistic information towards these clients, in order to process the daily logistic flows all over the world.
Main tasks:
Document financial transactions by accurate and timely entering account information
Reconcile accounts Payable and Receivable
Ensure timely bank payments
Maintain accounting processes, including ensuring accurate input and reliable storage of key data
Requirements to candidate:
University degree in Economics (preferably Accounting background)
Good analytical skills
Excellent communication skills and good command of English, French will be an advantage
Ability to work with deadlines, without losing the global overview
Practice in working with databases
Advanced computer skills - working with MS WORD, EXCEL is no issue
Problem solver capable of using own initiative, but nevertheless being a team player

40 working hours per week: Monday to Friday, from 09:00-18:00
