As part of the company’s expansion in Moldova, we are looking for a professional to join our team.
What You'll Do
Manage HelpDesk tickets in a timely manner;
Respond to customer issues via phone, email and Teams;
Provide customer assistance;
Document customer interactions;
Run diagnostics to resolve customer reported issues;
Escalate issues to the IT department with next level of difficuly;
Install, make changes and repair computer hardware and software;
Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved;
Route tickets for other departments;
Working with Asset Manager.
Job Requirements
2+ years of experience working in a HelpDesk environment;
Proficiency with Windows, MAC, Linux OS computers;
Proficiency with Android and iOS devices;
Attention to the details and ability to work with minimal supervision in order to keep detailed notes on tickets;
Highly organized to keep HelpDesk tickets order;
Ability to diagnose and resolve computer technical and software issues;
Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills;
Languages: Russian (B1), Romanian (B1), English (at least B1);
Flexibility, initiative, and desire to improve processes.
